  • Will my telephone number be given out to anyone else? - No, your telephone number and other personal information will never be given to anyone else.   • Can I pay by other methods (e.g., checks, money orders, Paypal, cash)? - We accept online credit card payments and PayPal, no problem. We want to make the ordering process as easy as possible for you. The choice is yours.
  • Which credit cards do you accept? - We accept MasterCard and Visa as methods of payment.
  • Do you send Cash on Delivery (COD) orders? -Unfortunately, we do not send COD orders, as 80% or more of them turn out to be fraudulent. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our current policy regarding COD shipments.
  • When will my credit card be charged? -Your credit card will be charged once your order has been processed and accepted by our billing department.

  • How long does it take to deliver my package? - Delivery time for United States orders using USPS Priority Mail is approximately 2 to 4 business days. All International orders mailed with Global Priority take approximately 7 to 10 business days.

  • How much does shipping cost? - The price of shipping varies depending on the destination. The number of bottles ordered does not affect the shipping cost. These are all flat fees.

  • Is my package shipped on the same day that I place my order? - All orders received before 11 AM EST on business days will be shipped out the same day. All orders received after 11 AM EST will be shipped out the following business day.
  • Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes? - Yes, we deliver worldwide.
  • I'm leaving the country in 2 days. Can I have the product shipped to me overnight? -Unfortunately, due to the large volume of orders we receive, we are unable to ship our packages overnight.
  • How discreet is the package? Will other people know what is inside? - Our packages are completely discreet. There is no mention of the content written or shown anywhere on the package, and everything is securely shipped in a small unmarked box.
